Yes, I'm seeing this too, it's obviously some mistake, as I'm seeing the red flag warning on buyers that are confirmed, well established, and with great feedback. eBay and PayPal are always ****ing with their websites, trying to make them better. Half the time their fixes cause other problems which then need to be fixed. Job security for their IT folks!

ebay has gotten much better over the years but paypal continues to be the most incompetent company i have ever encountered.

I got the email that a few of my shipping labels done through ebay recently did not make it into paypal w/the dc #, so they didn't charge me, but want me to upload the dc numbers to paypal, even though they are already in ebay....I'm pretty sure they actually charged me, but we are only talking a couple of bucks either way...they gotta stop messing w/things on both sides.
