I sold a card and didnt realize the fellow lived in canada. Im trying to print a label from Paypal and the cheapest one i can find is for $13 bucks (same price as the card). Am I missing an option or does it really just cost that much to ship to canada?

Unless USPS has changed you are unable to print 1st Class International from their website. Priority International is the lowest you can print. I wish they would change this policy.

I use stamps to send to Canada 1st Class. Go to USPS.com and determine the cost and use stamps if you don't need any other service.

1 card to canada in bubble mailer should run you about $3 now & you have to fill out a customs form. No tracking available though, so you are sending at your own risk.
