I get a kick out of him.

My interpretation is that he's saying the only thing that can scare him is a bear, then quickly re-itterating that he means a real bear - so as not to give Boston fans a stiffy.

He's really not that stupid. He says some things that are seeming off the wall, but he's actually a pretty bright guy. And as the guy above me said, he does the questions what they're worth.

The language gap (Russian to English are two very principally different languages) also makes him seem dimmer than he is. All I can say is, if he plays like he did in the 2nd half of the year, then I could care less if he was a total mongoloid!

PS- Do you really have to be a flyers fan? I mean your screen-name is the Flyers most hated rival and the guy we're about to go up against in the playoffs :confused:

For sure, I don't think he's stupid at all. The year the Ducks won the cup he was instrumental in getting them there. He's wacky, but that's just his personality.

i absolutely love bryz and im wicked glad he came back to play in the nhl. as for the bear comment that might actually be a viable fear in his country

Lol - its hard but I've always liked Crosby

*booo* yeah I know. But like I said on my other post, the only reason I'm a fan of crosby because when i was 12 I pulled his young guns rookie card from some 3 dollar retail packs, and I just got a bias towards him.

Aside from him, I hate the penguins, and never root for them.

Ive always loved the Flyers - especially Hatcher and Primeau.

The Philadelphia media is pretty brutal so I see why players get annoyed with stupid questions or people asking the same question 3 or 4 times in one post game interview.

If you think I'm lying about how bad the Philly media is go on CSN Philly and read a few stories written by Flyers beat writer Tim Panaccio. As a beat writer this guy is supposed to have the pulse of the team yet he often leaves me wondering WTF he's watching. I'm hoping the guy has a drinking problem that he can use as an excuse for what he considers journalism.

Haha..Panaccio is TERRIBLE. You should see the Flyers board I read...they clown on him like no other. How he still has a job is beyond me.
