$1300 Retail Bowman Chrome, 09 UD Sig Stars, & Value Boxes Break. HUGE ups and downs!

So this past weekend my wife had a work convention in Appleton Wisconsin. It is a 355 mile drive one way. We stopped at almost every single Wal-Mart, Tagert, and Shopko between me and Appelton, WI and I cleaned out every single thing each one had of 2009 UD Sig Stars, 2011 Bowman Chrome, and 2011 Topps Value Boxes.

All in all I stopped at 5 Wal Mart's, 4 Targets, and 6 Shopko's. I ended up with the following:

7- 2009 UD Sig Stars Hobby Boxes
22- 2011 Topps Value Boxes
103- 2011 Bowman Chrome Retail Packs
17- 2011 Bowman Chrome Blasters
10- 2011 Bowman Chrome Rack Pack

Here is the good, the bad, the ugly:

At a minimum of 4 hits per 2009 UD Sig Stars Hobby Boxes there were a ton of hit but here is the best of the best:

The Ramus Green Ink is 10/10 and the Letter Autos are Sonny Gray and Brad Miller if you can't tell.

And then this, The ULTIMATE kick in the NUTS for the night!

I know it is a long shot but I am calling UD and seeing if I can get at least something from it :(

Ok, now the Value Boxes.

These were as always a big bust for me. I have opened 150+ of these and have not gotten ANYTHING. Here is the best I got from my break, enjoy:

The Harper is a Refractor btw! haha

The 103 Retail packs were a HUGE bust. @ basically $3 a pack times 103 packs and to only come out with this:

The Heredia is a Refractor /500 Big Whooping $20 there (if Im lucky)

Now the 10 Rack Packs, these weren't bad overall for just 10 of them:

And lastly the Blasters. I have opened a ton of these previously and even at one point told my wife I want to shoot myself every time I buy one as a punishment because I don't think I have ever pulled even a base auto of Bowman Blasters this year.

Seems like the UD sig stars are a bit pricey at WM, so I haven't bothered with them. Let us know what UD says on that David Price.

Thank you everyone for the congrats. We actually opened the Blasters first so the Lawrie came pretty early in the break making the break A LOT less stressful lol

they are very pricey at Wal Mart but when they are laying there and the chance you get a a Harper Auto....I am to addicted to wax to not pick them up :)

The baby and Her was the majority of the reasons for a 6 hour drive one way turning into 8-8.5 each way. The baby needing to eat, get changed, and just needing to get out of the car seat is a given but, I am always go in get the cards and get out. I dread when my wife says she wants to come in also because I end up getting stuck inside for an extra 20 mins because she has to shop.

I am not 100% sure what I am going to do. Even though I have never had troubles selling a redemption card on eBay, this size of one makes me a little nervous.

There is one listed on eBay and the seller claims he got it from UD as a replacement, which means THEY HAVE THE CARD!! I can't believe they can't do ANYTHING about it.

Went to Walmart during lunch looking for some blasters. Found two there were so obviously resealed. One had the cellophane flap loose and I could see the glue on the box. I did found one that was not resealed. Best pull was Machado Bowman's Best and a Crumbliss Purple refractor.
