View Full Version : Humber: Sell now or wait a couple days?

I've got an 05 Bowman Chrome rc auto of Humber. I know his sales are going crazy now after the perfect game, so it's obviously time to sell, but should I wait until the night before his next start? I noticed it was selling consistently $20 last night but a couple sales at $25 today, will the 3 days of anticipation squeeze out any more cash from buyers?

I think that you should sell now.

Take the money now and don't look back. Chances are his prices will drop back down fast

I would think that you should sell before his next start, if he gets lit up...

Probably too late, some guys listed 5 minutes afer he did it. I'd list at a high BIN with BO and see what happens

You probably just lost 5 bucks with the time you wasted starting this thread. Flash in the pan, sell accordingly.

Did you sell? If not, sell now!! Then buy it back at $100 in a few months/years once one pops up again.

The only thing I really PC is O's Bowman Refractors, but if I could make a profit like that I'd take the money and run and hope one pops up again one day.

i still have it but i had been looking for it for 5 years before i found one. i could sell but am nervous id never see one again (considering the perfect game). i also think humber is going to have a solid career. perhaps even more no hitters.

i thought about this as i tracked the sale you linked and i could use 500$ for sure.. but all itd do is pay off some credit debt or something. some things in life are worth more than money. and for some weird reason this card is one of those things to me. no matter how stupid it is. i also have his 07 bowman red auto 1/1 and his 05 bowman best 1/1 auto which i know could pull in some cash but wont sell them. the terrible thing for me in all this is im seeing some cards surface that ive wanted for years (07 chrome superfractor yesterday) because of his game, but for the same reason they are all priced way out of my range
