JC Sulbaran, prospect about to explode?

I remember at the end of last year I was checking milb guys in an effort to update my bookmarks on milb.com so as to stay aware of anyone that I may want to pick up in our fantasy league (we have a min. of 10 prospects). I was impressed by his K/rate and really let's be honest if you pitch a full season in the cal league, anything under a 5 era can't be considered bad. He's now in a much much friendlier league and home park and has a mid 2s era, with more than a k/ip and already has an 11K performance under his belt. Is this a guy I should be grabbing auto's of? I think it's kind of weird he isn't rated higher on prospect lists, the actual write up on BA sounded pretty solid.

He haunted me during a break I did a lil while back. He was my /5 Auto in Razor Letterman and then I pulled his chrome auto out of BC right after :x

I pulled his orange refractor auto of 09 BC and previously had NO IDEA who he was, but it looks like he was some kind of weird international guy who was draft eligible or something and they just went crazy putting him in a bunch of 08 products like he was going to be amazing. I think he's finally catching up. It just seems to me that a guy who has that many Ks would be more than a buck or two on a chrome auto. Let's be real, he has to have a better chance of doing well than chris johnson.
