May be time to call the CC company. This is just flat out unacceptable - unless he's incarcerated, or one of his family members fell deathly ill.

I almost bought the card from him but asked him for a closer scan of back and front. He said he sent it to me but when I checked my email it was just blank. Then he claimed his scanner broke so I decided not to pursue the card without updated pics. I saw the same card on Ebay. There is an distinct mark on the crouch area on the card but the auction is no longer available on completed auctions. Sorry about the whole situation as I should of said done something after being suspicious.
