I'm not that good at determining if this card is a fake or real patch. To me it looks real.

As long as the die-cut portion of the S is pristine, I'd say it's real. It would be very hard to switch anything there without damaging some of the finer cardboard cut-out.

I serisouley doubt the existance of fake patches at all. The fact that someone would actually take apart a baseball card and weve a fake jersey patch peice, put the card back together with the fake peice, then sell the card to make an extra $25 is to far-fetched for me to belive.

I am trying to be as nice as I can here, but you are naive to believe that people do NOT manipulate certain jersey cards to instantly upgrade them to MEGA MOJO patch cards and sell them for 10-20 times the amount they would have gone for BEFORE the upgrade. I seriously hope you are joking..

How does someone fake a patch? I mean seriously, how would someone do that w/o really damaging the card? I have always wondered this.
Don't take this the wrong way becuse I'm sure people do it but I just dont see how?!!??!

Yoou sir habe not seen the some of the Cup cards that have been Re-Patched. Would you like to explain how The exact same card with the same exact serial number can have two different patches? The first time it gets sold on E-bay it is a single colr (maybe two) then the next time you see the patch, it some some knock out 200 color mascot nasty patch. It happens.
Check out this website, ignorance is not bliss and will cost you.

You have to be careful and precise. One day I'm going to try to replace a crappy patch with a better patch. I just need to find a jersey for cheap.

I had/have over 30 of those limited patch cards from last years SPx and there were some pretty amazing patch cards in the set. I have several that were way better looking than that. I can post some of them tonight when I get home from work if you want to see them.
