Who is it on the bottom of the card?

You really need a better picture before anyone can begin to give you a value for the card. We cant see who the player is, or the condition of the card.

the bottom of the card says, OWEN, Chicago Amer. and my scanner is hooked up the the other computer. I will have a scan of it up in about 1/2 hour.

Here's an article that may have an answer as to who is on the card.

Scan the back of it also when you do, should have more info on there.

Or here's one better. Look up there are a few of these up on eBay. Doesn't look like one of the "gems" of the set though.

with Frank Owen T206 (as with most T206 cards besides big name players), condition is the key to its value. Could go anywhere between $30 to near $2500 depending on the condition of the card.

Card will grade a PSA 3 and with it being PSA should sell for $35-$40 neat card always nice to find something almost 100 years old

Looks more like a PSA 2 to me. It will almost certainly fall in the 2-3 range.

I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt but it clearly is not a 4.

Not a 2 IMO. If there are no creases and minimal surface damage as well as chipping, and/or excessive wear to corners card would grade 2.5 - 3.5 Tops. Judging by what seems to be some surface damage to the top along with the chipping of the edges, this card wouldn't grade any higher than a 3.
