Could The Walking Dead singles reach Harry Potter levels?

OK, I know that HP is insane all over the universe so I checked out some of the singles from the HP sets. There are some very cool and innovative cards, mostly Case Incentives and Convention giveaways but I'm seeing cards that are /40 and above listed for several thousand dollars.

With TWD growing exponentially, could we see the day that the Rick patch hits 2K-3K? The deadline looms in November and what if only 11 are redeemed?

As TWD sets are released, I think we could see some awesomely innovative cards from a young company, looking to make a splash.

The real issue is the lasting appeal of The Walking Dead. Judging by how long the graphic novel has been around and now well received the show has been, I see no end to the rising value of limited product.

And, let's face it. Zombies will never go out of style. They are fascinating to many demographics where something like Fringe, or Spartacus, or Game of Thrones still have niche, albeit large, audiences.
