Today i got a box of turky red baseball and i got a cloth of alex rios. But it wasnt a cloth it was a Red silk collection. It was numbered to 99.Does that mean theyre are 99 of alex rios because that seems a little high for the cloth?

The terms "Silk Collection" and "cloth" are interchangable for this subset. All the players in the Silks/Cloths were numbered to 99 so yes there are 99 of Alex Rios.
