I am looking to get my buddy a nice basketball box for his wedding. I have about $400 for him (can go a little over). Got any good ideas for me? He always wants Durant, Kobe, LeBron, Jordan, Rose... the usual studs.
Any help would be great since I pretty much only do baseball and am clueless when buying high end and where the top cards are redemptions or live.

For $400 you could get him a couple of SWEET autos of those players...or one really sick patch auto or something...why not go for the SURE thing?

It's the gambler in he and I, I suppose. But that is true, always an option

Get him an auto of one of those players and with the left over money just get him a box.

My first thought is.... What are you thinking man??? What about his wife? A wedding gift is meant to be for the COUPLE, not just the groom lol
What about a voucher for BO or something??? If they exist?

get him a graded auto of one of those stars---looks way better than ungraded, nice presentation and he will never forget it. If you have any leftover cash, get him a box.
If you just buy him a box and he doesn't get any good hits, the box will just go in the trash and the cards in a box somewhere.
I bought my friend a Ladanian Tomlinson graded auto card and he said it was the best present he got at his wedding and he proudly displays it in his man room.
