Well that depends...on exquisite cards they sure can be because they were so prone to chipping and dings. Agree on the NT stuff it ain't too hard if you are picky when buying.

Grazi. Pop means how many of that grade are out there. So the Lopez and Durant are the first and only 9.5's as of now.

ie. pop 2 mean that there is a population of 2 cards of that particular overall grade. eg. 9.5
