So i bought a lot of 3 pat white rookie premiere autograph cards in a lot. That is who i pc. And yes i am sorta new to the jersey auto's and such. Im a vintage guy. Anyway i thought id sell one to help get a piece of the money back and keep the other 2. Well i sent them off to be graded(2 of them) 3rd one i put on ebay. Got them back from grader and they are "altered" i didnt realize it is supposed to have topps authorized signatue or whatever goes across it. I sent him a message and he told me sry bout my luck? Am i wrong for being a little upset as i just cut all 3 of them into little pieces as to get them off of the market?? Thanks guys

who would alter a pat white card????

i've seen pack pulled Jeter rookies come back as altered from grading...so, maybe they are not actually altered but just dont meet the measurement standards? They should have sent you something with the cards saying what else was wrong or at least the details as to why it failed? what did they say?

it wasnt an authentic auto it was/is fake. i have since learned the the real ones have topps certified autograph above the auto

its been about 3 months by the time i got my submission together and sent it off and got it back that is how long it took

maybe paypal would work with you because of the extenuating circumstances. you have proof that its fake and proof when you got it back. its at least worth a shot

Yeah it sucks, there are a ton of fakes out there from this set. And even reputable sellers end up with some of these fakes after awhile. I'm sure the guy was just happy to dump them or he might not have even known. But honestly 90 days after you get them you wanted him to act on it. And 9 times outta 10 a seller wont help after that big of a lag.

well i bought a lot of 3 of the pat white and 3 of the shonn greene. to be honest a simple im sorry would have gotten it. but rather he blamed it on something else. now the i look back at it he had like 20 listings with 3 in each of these fakes. so i didnt expect anything. but with the way he responded to me the other day CLEARLY i know what really happened. you know what i mean

45 days no matter what already tried. ive already destroyed them and called it a day as that is the right thing to do. sometimes you just want to quit collecting over crap like this but i like cards and the people that i collect with to much to quit

YES YOU ARE CORRECT AND TURNS OUT I BOUGHT 3 DUECE MCCALISTER RC AUTOS AS WELL FROM SAME GUY ID WATCH THIS CROOK FOR SURE! IVE BEEN WATCHING AND HE IS STILL DOING IT:devil:
