I sold an item for $300 to a buyer in Australia. Paypal requires signature confirmation on all orders over $250 but if I'm understanding their website correctly, the USPS doesn't offer international signature onfirmation.
So I want to know what the cheapest way to send this would be. The package is about 10 inches long and 4 inches high. It weighs 1 pound 3 ounces.
I can't find any real help on the UPS or FedEx websites...
