Anyone have any experience with Benchwarmer customer service? I emailed them through their site yesterday and got an automated response but haven't heard back, just wondering if anyone has dealt with them and how long it can take.
I bought a vault box from my LCS and the silver pack was completely bent in half, not like a little dinged up from the box inside but completely destroyed and was seeing if they would do anything about it.
Thanks!

Well after 3 emails, no response, too bad, I thought they'd have good customer service. Anybody have a number for them?

I went straight to BG last time I had an issue, and he took care of it that day.

In dream land, Benchwarmer phones are answered by cute girls in bikinis, body paint, or kinky schoolgirl outfits... and they only do video calls...

What about the in-home service calls?

You want them to grade and slab your patch? ... funny how one can make any string of words sound dirty...

Dear Tom
Sorry for the delay in responding we were right in the middle of Vegas Baby production when you emailed and our now catching up. I apologize that you received a damaged box. Card production is certainly not a science and these things happen. If you will mail back the damaged cards to my attention I will gladly replace them all with same or higher value and will also send you a few extra autograph cards for your trouble.
PS: just wondering which older Bench Warmer Sealed box did you get within the Vault box
Got this email from Brian Wallos today, really glad I held on to the cards and didn't toss them, also very happy that Mr. Wallos is going to come through.

Always good to see a card company (any card company) come thru w/ good customer service.
