I have no idea how he is still in the NBA.

Ryan Bowen and Sean Marks somehow managed 10 year careers in the 2000's. Bowen was especially bad.

Jeffries was a pretty high pick, so I don't know how you could think he would never have a shot? I think he has just been a huge bust.

Josh Harrellson is by far and away the best example for this thread. Incredible what the guy did over the past two years to get where he is today.

And so far Enes Kanter

Dennis Rodman? Rd2 Pick 27. Not really screamed HOF!

Bruce Bowen. Undrafted. 5 times all defensive 1st team and 3 times second team. Jersey # retired by Spurs. Very impressive for an undrafted player.

I thought Utah was pretty high on him?

Just high when they got him. The only thing he has done for Utah is rebound a few here and there. He hasn't gotten a TON of minutes but for a big man he doesn't put his strength into play.

He is a rookie man, rookies never do good their first season in Utah. They dont play, Kanter will be fine, he needs to adjust to the NBA style. He has tons of potential.

if you're going to say nash, gotta say kobe too then. they were only 2 picks apart in the draft

^ Yeah but Nash is a white, and fairly short/unathletic(for NBA standards). 9 times out of 10 when you draft someone like that you're getting a Dan Dickau instead of a Steve Nash.

I'd love a triple auto of those two and Luke Ridnour.

I don't see how he is going to get a ton of time under big al. If he does break out it probably will have to be with another team or the Jazz will have to trade Al Jefferson.

Al Jefferson doesnt want to be with the Jazz. Whole reason he came to Utah was because of Deron. Plus he will get atleast 15 a game, Millsap will play the three postion a ton more.

I meant he just wasn't very good for most of his career. As a Knicks fan, I have to say, I think he's great for our team. He loves NY, he plays hard defense, and he hustles each and every night. He's turned into a solid guy off the bench.

Noah. I was so mad when the Bulls drafted that kid. The first thing out of my mouth was, "Well there goes a wasted 1st round draft pick."
