Stores can't do anything about missing hits, unless there's proof the box was tampered with before the OP bought it.

just making sure the packs were the 19.99 boxes right? did that have a super tight plastic cellophane wrap around them? or did it look tampered with?

Yep $19.99 box and wrapper was tight and packs were good too. Going to give them a call today.
