View Full Version : Great experience with Panini Customer Service

I thought I would just share my experience with Panini. Its easy to trash them when something goes wrong, so I figured I would post an excellent experience I have with David Sharp, the new customer service manager. I contacted him on late Friday about a few redemptions, it was lat so I didnt exepect to hear anything back. He emailed me back within an hour and said he would look into on Monday. First thing Monday morning I have an email from him with everything taken care of. He is a very nice guy and I think he is really improving that department at Panini which has been severely lacking for quite some time now. I was very impressed and had to let people know. I think he is truly making a difference there. Thanks

I had a similar experience with him. I had 3 redemptions that I knew were live that I hadn't gotten yet so I decided I would try to email him. He responded back within an hour and said he would get them sent out to me. I received them about 3 days later. He is definitely doing his best to clear things up.

Agreed I had a redemption for auto /5 and what does he do?! Responds back IMMEDIATLEY and in a few days I have a package with the /5 auto and /20 and the redemption was expired. He is great!

The thing is he is new. Of course he is gonna be great. Now that his email is starting to circulate every person on here and scf and everywhere else is gonna be bombing him with emails and overwhelming him. He wont be great for long. Panini customer service has a pattern of this. Someone being great for a short period of time and then they just disappear.

This is great news, now if only we can get topps to get off of their hands for redemptions.

I had a similar experience, I had a redemption that was shipped over a month ago but never received it. I emailed him and got one in the mail a few days later, looks like they are shaping up

David was excellent in my experience as well. If you call the # on their website, it's pretty much the same thing as one of his assistants called me the day after I left a message.

Not giving the email to everyone as cking said not everyone should have. Bhavr pm me an I can hook u up under one condition and only because u sol me the Pierre auto patch a while back :)!
