Panini Replacement...who should I ask for??

So, a while ago I pulled a larry fitzgerald auto redemption:

2011 Panini Certified
Hometown Heroes Materials Prime Signatures #/5

Got the card in the mail and it was damaged..white chipping all over the left corner and a dinged left corner as well. SO I sent it back...

They called and left a message to call them back...

Tried to call back but left a message...

I'm assuming its not being remade and they will replace it, I wonder if they were calling to get alist of players from me....if so, who should I ask for??

Thought about it....but heres what happened...

So I called them back and the rep told me the manager could offer me a 2007 donruss classics Larry Fitzgerald (same player) saturday night signatures auto #/5 (same numbering) and a low numbered jumbo patch of Larry Fitzgerald (forgot the set)...I said, that it sounded fair and that would be fine...I then looked online and saw the saturday night signatures and saw that they are in college uniforms, which I didn't like, so i called back, and told the rep that if I could prefer, I would rather have something in an NFL jersey, not really concerned with the player or sport, but as long as it was a fair replacement...she said she'd call me back after she relays it to her manager.

She called back saying her manager had another offer:

So I figured, ok, numbered to 2, same player, piece of gold in it, unique, seems fair to me...so I took it...

Supposed to come via Fedex tomorrow so I'll post a scan when it comes in...

Don't think so, the rep didn't say it was...but I know the gold piece cards were like case hits in the product...figured seems like a cool piece to have...maybe find a larry fitzgerald supercollector out there somewhere

Man If its not autographed I think that you got a raw deal. Those gold pieces aren't that great if you ask me. I would much rather have the auto than the gold.

right...that whole set of 14k leaf stars is numbered anywhere from 2-10

some players are auto'ed on all of them, some are auto'ed on none of them...at least thats what the beckett online checklist says

oh...maybe its my wording in a previous post...i didn;t mean that some fitz are autoed and some fitz are not autoed...


i meant some players are auto'ed and some players are not auto'ed...and at the time i didn't know if fitz was one of the auto'ed players or not
