So, I see on eBay an auction for Thief of Thieves 1 (1st print) selling for $30 shipped. So I buy one as I want this book
Link: Thief Of Thieves #1 1st Print NM Kirkman, AMC Has Optioned For TV Series | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/150818092035?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649)

Now, in the description it says he is on vacation from 5/13-6/14 and books shipped on 6/15 (I know again, red flags did go up but I figured I am protected)

So, I paid with "Bill Me Later" and waited.

Got this email last night:
Hi, I wanted to let you know that I had packaged all my buyers items over the weekend & had placed them in my car last night & was going to ship it all before I had to work. My car was broken into last night & I had several items stolen including all my buyers items. I have filed a police report & will be contacting my auto & homeowners insurance to see if stolen items are covered by it. I will be refunding everyone completely asap. It may take a little time to refund everyone. Rest assured I will completely refund everyone, its just going to take some time. I apologize for the whole situation. Thanks, Todd.

Then I looked at his bid history and this guy went NUTS buying books while on "vacation".
Then I see his feedback is getting hammered!

Sometimes I wish I would listen to myself - LOL

Anyway, trying to work through Bill Me Later now to get this taken care of as I do not beleive this guy has any money left in that account.

So, add this guy to the avoid list!!
