What can I get for $40 in cash?

I have $40 in cash and I'm looking for nice patches and star autographs. Preferably no prospects and just All-Stars caliber players (retired or active).
1-3 cards.

I would securely mail the money in a bubble mailer with delivery confirmation and all that.
