Sold a 09 Topps Black Ryan Doumit to fce1133

Got the following message a couple of days later - "I was just contacting that I have made a mistake on this item and I already have this card in my collection if you would please cancel this one item and then I can go along with the payment thanx."

Not happy but oh well I cancel the transaction for the guy. And then last night notice this - 2009 Topps Black Gold #25/58 Cd#535 Pirates Ryan Doumit - eBay (item 360167739819 end time Jul-09-09 16:13:08 PDT) (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=360167739819&viewitem=&salenotsupported)

Yup, same guy bidding on the same card. Obviously trying to get it lower than the $19.99 mine ended at.:mad:

Yup and now he is complaining because I blocked him from bidding on my other items. When I responded and called him out for his first excuse his reponse was - "Wow thanx i didnt realize I did bidded on that card again sorry for te mess up. Frank"

Unfortunately he still owes me for 3 items, it will be interesting to see how that plays out.:rolleyes:

Be careful, he is holding feedback over me now as well. Obviously, I'm waiting for him to say the wrong thing so I can show feedback extortion to eBay. He's a treat huh?!?!

I've been very lucky over the years and not run into too many of these clowns. This guy is at the top of the list. I'll follow my normal process of payment - after 7 days send out "friendly reminder", no follow up within 48 hours begin the unpaid item process. He can take his feedback and shove it up his $%@!

I file a NPB on the guy, had tried to contact him couple times earlier in the week to no avail. He then sends me this: "Hello sir, I have tried to contact you a few times. I told you about my situation losing my job and all. You could open a cancel transaction status intstead of an unpaid item process it would be greatly appriatted. Please contact me as soon as you can (phone number)."

Note the "few times" was immediately after I file the NPB. He sent an E-check, so I have to wait some more.

Waste of my time!

I sent him a reply back telling him I'd cancel it. I really don't want to deal with this. But whatever, being a seller on the bay is terrible now.

He replied back along the lines of, yes, please cancel. Thanks.

Cancel done, waiting for his confirmation, then blockage....
