Hello all,
I was wondering if anybody could help me with something. I recently sold a card to someone in Canada through eBay for around $500. I was talking about this with a couple buddies, one of them use to own a shop. He told me that I can not ship to Canada with delivery/signature confirmation through the USPS and be covered by Paypal Seller Protection. Is this true?
I have googled this, have been reading the PayPal User agreement, but have not found anything that would say I can't. Maybe I'm not searching for the right term. So I figured I would come here and see if anybody has experience shipping cards that are little higher value to Canada.
