I only ship in the US and it says that under my shipping/payments tab, but someone from Canada just hit the BIN on my card.
What can I do?

The EXACT thing happened to me on Sunday. I'm thinking there's a glitch in the system. Interestingly, I was able to make a Paypal label to Canada, but I still need to hand if off at the counter at the post office. I'm hoping this means I'm somewhat protected .

Plain and simple. Block countries you don't ship to in your ebay preferences. That'll keep people from Canada from buying from your store. I would highly encourage you to ship internationally. I've had tons of really good experiences shipping internationally and some of my best customers have been from Canada and the UK. Maybe you should start shipping to Canada, UK and Australia. Might help sales a bit.

I just went through with it.
the problem is that out of my 5 transactions to Canada, 2 of them "never showed up" and I had to give refunds. Those 2 cards totaled over $100 that I lost

This. ^^ You have to actually block the countries you don't want to ship to. Otherwise just stating you only ship to the US won't work. Others will still be able to bid. It is really nice when you actually block the countries because not only can they not bid but they can not even message you so you won't get those annoying emails asking how to ship to whatever country the member is from.

How do you block countries?
when it asks about international shipping when I list, I click No International shipping. Is that not enough?

no its not. go to your selling preferences and actually click on the countries you want to block. The easiest way to do this is the next time you list a item right above or below when you change it to no international shipping it asks if you want to set up exclusions and you can go in there and actually click the countries to block. Once you do it once and save it it will automatically always come up blocked when you list items.
