I often advertise my business on twitter as a place where the whole family can shop for collectibles of all types on my ebay store. Never had anyone take me up on this offer until now! It seems like on the evening of the 4th of July, a whole entire family set up a new ebay account, and bought 3 different items from my store from 3 different accounts.

Two had the same person's name and shipping address, so I refunded their shipping costs for 1 account, but has anyone ever dealt with this before? Is it a new phenomenon brought on by the computer technology?

I mean just think about the opportunities. If I can win this whole entire family over to keep buying from me, WOW!

I think he's saying that his advertising on twitter attracted 3 new buyers to his eBay store, and the buyers are all members of the same family who opened up accounts to buy specifically from his eBay store. And he's excited about the possibility of repeat business with these buyers.

That's cool, Ben.

ah ok, I get it now. That would be one random crazy event if all 3 family members randomly made accounts just to buy from you on ebay.

It seems like they made accounts just to buy from my store! They were 0 feedback customers, and they all bought Club Penguin cards within minutes of each other. Never had that happen to me before!
