Upper Deck is really irritating me

:mad: my redemtion from an Easter break, yes Easter break is still not here,
the card is a Patrick Kane/ Jon Toews/ Bobby Hull/ Stan Mikita 08/09 trilogy quad combo clearcut is still not at my house. i posted another thread a month or two ago about it but lost the pg it was on. it says it shipped 4/28/09 and its still no here. i did read though please wait 12-16 weeks. and the 6 month thing for outstanding redemtion. but still, the longest i ever waited for a redemtion was in 06/07 trilogy when i pulled an oilers triple that took 2 1/2 months to come, im not e-mailing UD because i really want this card insted of a replacement

Same thing..might be worth a call to them just to check the status of it and to make sure they note you do not want a replacement.

it doesnt take months for a redemption to ship.. it maybe got lost in the mail :( call them again.

I called UD the other day at 4 pm here, so that's what 1/2 out there? The phone said they were closed and that I should call back during normal business hours...hmmm I DID!

if it got lost i will ask for a box of the cup.the card i pulled is /5 and someone online sold the one of the same players for 350 dollars. and i could call UD because i gave them the right address. the thing is too i really dont mind waiting but would like to know whats going on with it. i send them an e-mail right now.




EDIT: tried to send UD an e-mail but it wouldn't let me so it was unsuccessful and i really want that card im a huge patrick kane fan and want to know how else to get upperdeck to reply back to me

Speaking of Upper Deck...I have bad feeling about a card that they say "has shipped". Usually a card would be shipped to my house a week before I get an email notification. But today I recieved an email that my dual Gretzky/messier dual jersey auto has been shipped. I have a feeling that i might not recieve it bc it happened to me before....*crossfingers*!

if i do get a replacement im asking for a Crosby one. upperdeck said it shipped in APRIL! and in JULY! its not at my door :mad:

I know yesterday I had to fax in an affadavit for my missing cards (from Feburary). So hopefully they get replaced. But still need to work on getting my Jeter Patch Auto replaced, but hoping a phone call today (if I have the time) can get that ball rolling so I dont have to whine at Chris Carlin when he's in Cleveland next week.

can i ask for a certian replacement? someone sold the same exact card, not mine because of the number thingy on it for 380 dollars, if i do can i ask for a box of the Cup or a Crosby or Ovie auto?
