So, I just sold my first item via auction on naxcom. My question is, how the hell do I know when I have been paid?

its a long time they take the money now if he has paid put it and hold it until he gets his card and every thing is ok with him. then they release the funds to you.

WTF are you serious? LOL. i guess i missed that part when i signed up for naxcom. one thing i did see tho that for the buyer to get their money from their seller acct takes like 12 days unless they upgrade their seller status or something.

yeah, I knew that cause I have sold items the old way before. However, nothing auction style. Also, I don't even know how to get the shipping information from the auction. Do I just ship once the auction is closed, where do I find the shipping info?

When you ship the item you need to mark the item as shipped, the 12 day wait does not start until then. The shipping information should have been included with the E-mail confirming the sale.

Well crap, I deleted that thinking I could get the information through the website.

Thanks everyone for their help btw. Just so everyone doesn't keep repeating themselves: I know how naxcom works in general, I have used it for a couple of years, just unfamiliar with the auction thing.
