On the flip side, it wouldnt surprise me if Topps actually did do something like this to boost retail sales. Im not saying its an 8 pack hot box, but 8 hobby packs.

Why do you use the term Hobby and Hot Pack? It is clearly neither one of these. It is a Retail Box and you mentioned in your response to another question that you don't know whats in the packs. Therefore you have no ideal what a Hot Pack is and are just using the term to trick people into seeing and bidding on the item.

Here is my comment for him:

I called Topps and there are absolutely NO retail blasters with HOBBY packs in them. It is IMPOSSIBLE for these packs to have RIP cards, which you say it may contain in your item description. This listing constitutes fraud and would be punishable as a Federal crime since the sale is available over state lines. Your spelling is horrible but it could get even worse in jail!
