All this talk of high-end UD has got me wondering....is anybody out there thinking of doing a group break of 09-10 SP Game Used? It sounds like there would probably be enough interest in it to get it going.

I'm not qualified to host a break, but I would think that slots would only be $13-15 since boxes have 18 hits and a box would be around $230. Then again, I haven't hosted a break before to know enough about it.

a group break of it would be probably by a Case. And i dno't thik doing it by the hit will be a good idea since i'm sure some hits are just random jersey card worth like $5. Probably better to do it by random teams. A case would be $1260 so ecah spot will be about $50 after shipping and paypal fee.

Team slots are not the way to go in this product. Best way would be by hit slots. If you do team slots and several people don't get anything than the "ish" will hit the fan!

This product isn't worth doing a group break on. I only see 19 hits unless I am missing something.

19 hits? there are 18 hits per box. 2 jersey cards and 1 auto per pack. Total 108 hits. I think im doing the math right haha.

Do it, dude! I'm gettin some of this stuff either way, but I'd rather not spend $230 on a box right now with a bunch of other nice stuff coming out.

I would be interested in a group break, definitely NOT going to buy a box. This stuff will be loaded with JUNK. -- They will *not* use most of the "A" level auto's for this product because they can release the stickers in other products they are releasing -- like the baseball goudey and so forth.. even that "non-sport" they are releasing soon to compete with Americana.

Best things that will be hits are the logomen and jersey tags. I bet there will be one per every other case (maybe - if they're all numbered to 5) I still like on their product page that they said "Dual game-used jock tags!"

Start it up and I'll take some slots..!

i think this actually might be a worthwhile case bust for profit, DEPENDING on the checklist

dont know if theres one available or not, but if you think about it

if the math was correct with 108 hits total and if case price was as stated $1350

if you can get at least 15-20 of the hits to sell around $30-$75, even selling the rest "scrubs" if thats the case @ $5/hit ud still be close to at least breaking even..and add in base/RCs/sets etc

dunno bout a group break but i guess theres always the chance of buying spots and getting dud hits..good luck to al that join though

Cases won't make money at the price they are at now. Here is the checklist :

Lots and lots and lots of.. junk. Good luck trying to get any good auto's per case at 6 boxes and making your money back. There are tons of scrub autos and a lot of jersey auto's too that are scrubs... a lot of the dual auto's will fetch less than 7$.

I'll do a group break for a chance at one of the "case hits" - otherwise - not worth it. Someone else said in another board that "this will be the most loaded product ever! my LCS has ordered 10 cases!"

That LCS will be sorry. It will be like 2007-08 SP Rookie threads. There were only 599 cases made, but yet.. you can still find unopened cases pretty easily at about half of what they peaked at.
