I hate scammers!!!!

So a couple weeks ago. I made a thread about shaqattack a new member on here who offered me a dexter jackson slideshow auto for 13.00 dollars paypal .I sent him the money and he told me it would ship out on monday with dc this was in the beganing of July!! I have not heard from him since so i left him a negtive and filed a claim with paypal! They gave him from July 22 till August 1 to respond and he never did!! I just checked my email and had one from paypal this is what they said

how nice i got scammed and lose 13.00 in the process !! this guy is a scammer and karma is a mother f'er and he will get whats comin to him!!!

sorry for the rant but i always use dc and always ship my stuff out as fast as possilbe and try to help anyone i can on here!! and this makes me really mad. i got back into the hobby fulltime becuase the doctors said i need something postive to do with my time!!! and what happens ? scamed out of 13.00 dollars

and pretty much all the people on here are nice and helpful and here for the right reasons!! but those ones that scam and lie and cheat make it hard for honest people who love this hobby

Well, nice rant...I hate when people take the cash out of the acct before Paypal can move their lazy arse to make something happen...

At least its only $13, and not a couple hundred

Same thing happened to me with ducksgonepro. Paypal ruled in my favor but there wasn't any money in his account to be recovered. I am only out $47 which is alot better than some of the other guys on the board but still.

I think they(paypal) should push for the money to come out. If the other person has there bank connected to there paypal acct.

he is a scammer he might have more then one paypal account because the guy on here who's uncle got scammed by him on scf he said his name was jerry but the paypal address i was given was for a guy named glen!!

I thought PP would and will take $$ from whatever account is linked, and they don't look to see if there is money or not in the account. I have heard some horror stories of people that got scammed by sellers & buyers and PP just started taking money from their checking/savings to give back with no care as to if there was actually money in the accounts. Good luck to you man. $13 is still $13.

I always thought (and remember) in the past, if there were no funds in the account or a credit card could not be charged, PayPal paid the person themselves, and then put a negative balance on the person's account who owes the $$. Guess they don't do that anymore?

i know it is only 13.00 dollars but it is the point of the whole matter any of you would feel the same way!!! that is 13.00 dollars i could have spent on something else!!!

I feel you man, I really do. It might be a fairly low sum of money, but being scammed sucks no matter how much money you lose. Maybe one of the people who says 'It's just 13 bucks' should send you the money if he really feels that it really isn't that much money. lol

i feel u on that ilovelakings i do not make a bunch of money and it could have went towards another card or a everyday expense

Kings, im not saying it like that, im just saying thank goodness you didnt get scammed for more, i no it sucks being scammed, it happens all the time which is horrible. I know people who lost alot more than $13. Im just saying, its better losing 13 then 100....
