I think that you have to pay a certain amount monthly until you pay it off.

It's basically a c/c w/o the card monthly payment, high interest rates, and no paper statement not worth the hassle if you ask me:cool:

It's just like paypal credit. You apply, and of qualified they give you a line of credit. You would have to check the site for initial offers or same as cash deals.
I think you have something like 60 days ( I could be totally off on the figure ) to pay off in full w/o interest, and then if you choose to pay over a longer period of time interest occurs, and if you are late for a scheduled payment should you choose to pay over time then you get hit with a fee.
I tried it out because of the free $10, but they didn't even accept me because of "credit reasons...."

Check Bill me Later Site or on many auction it will say interest free for 6 months if it is offered, most of the time its interest free for 6 months, so you can pay as much or as little each month until its paid within 6 months. If they are not running a special interest free then it is like 21% per month(not worth it) So yeah its a CC without the actual plastic card.

Its usually 6 months no interest, just pay within the 6 months and no interest.
they did add starting on Aug first a 2 percent transaction fee I believe on every transaction

message the seller, see if they will work with you. Me being a full time college student, and most of my pc being high end melo cards, i've had to work deals with a few sellers to pay them in two or three installments. If you approach them nicely, and set a definate date for you to pay by and come up with a set payment schedule, they normally will work with you.

Don't buy it, It's never good to purchase anything if you are not that flexible on the budget.
