Dr. Price mentioned that these cards were a test to see how cards would be perceived if they did not have player images on them. The have a product coming up that will not have any actual player images on them. I guess time will tell how they do...

While I agree with you, there are two important factors that people don't realize yet concerning these redemptions:

1) If SK was to put actual pictures or even likenesses of the actual athletes on these cards, they couldn't have included almost all of these athletes as they are not signed on to do so. Only a handful of athletes could have been inserted into these cards, and none of you guys would have been happy with the list.

2) These redemption cards are selling for more money than any other SK redemption program thus far. They do 3 shows a year. This is their 7th redemption program that I know about, and these are the highest selling redemption cards by far. This tells me one of two things...either people love these cards more than the ones in the past with the athletes' pictures on them, or people are starting to finally come around to how wonderful the SK product truly is. :)!

looks like a pretty interesting and fun breakwith all the variety of people especially poker and other sports..

only question is-not knockin his talent for a few years there, but why ruin that card with Brown, Dorsett, Sanders, SMith...and EDGE?? really?? odnt think he on any level compares to any of those players..oh well
