Wow, with bradshaw out and a total blowout he gets one carry... why are you going to draft him in the 1st round to sit him?!?!?

Its only been three games. Maybe they weren't impressed with him in recent practices? He'll get there, give him time.

No need to risk him getting hurt when you dont need him. Brown is killing it right now. Let the kid see how it's done

He's in the dog house for sure...OP, I'm assuming you have a stash of his cards right?

That makes no sense, in a blowout is the perfect time to see what he's got and genuine his confidence, I was shocked he didn't get more time

As a Giants fan, it comes down to trust, as the announcers last night said and Coughlin doesn't have trust yet in Wilson.

He got him on the field a couple times in passing downs, but it's not a secret that Wilson isn't very good at pass protection yet, and with the fumbling issue (college mostly) Coughlin just doesn't want to risk wins to play this kid.

I hope that the time he spends returning kicks (which he has done a good job at) earns him some more playing time on the field.

But with the way Andre Brown is playing we now have 2 solid backs to allow Wilson to develop at a more effective pace, learn the schemes and become a better blocker and then Coughlin will give him his shot.

I expect Wilson's "coming out" or break out to be in the later half of the season, probably the second time Bradshaw needs to take a game or two off.

That is why you never buy 2012 autos, a total waste of money.

Name me one guy whose autos (not a QB) has done better than expected?

Chris Givens?
David Wilson?
Blackmon?
Richardson?

Maybe richardson, but if you bought his stuff when it first came out (I don't know what is out there) let's say inception.......I can't imagine you are turning a profit now that Finest and Plat are out.

2012 = sucker's bet if it isn't a QB, and even then that is a risky proposition due to the high buy in.

This. He fumbled in the opening game, and immediately went to the doghouse.
I think the quote mentioned was
"No ball security, no job security"

he's better off not playing, because if he fumbles a couple more times he might not ever play again, lol

Correct, that quote is what Jerry Reese (General Manager) said to Wilson during the preseason

It's simple actually, he is getting his shot as a kick returner to display his skills and prove he can hold the ball and he will get spots here and there in the regular offense. The longer he goes without turning it over the more chances he will get.

I am just waiting to see the explosiveness displayed everyone talks about with him

Wilson will play again and have more opportunities, but they will likely come next season. Coughlin has no trust in rookies and he did not want to play wilson as the #2 in the first place, until brown stepped up he really did not have a choice.

absolutely the truth!!

everybody should be more concerned with who the next break out player from 2011 Contenders will be so they can make that extra $2-$3 per auto right?

never again, giants are getting rid of the KR position, they will just let everything be a touchback. so zero chance he plays. lock it up. write it down.

Alfred Morris, 6th round RB for my Washington Redskins who's gotten 44 carries for 185 yards and 2 TD's in the first two games of the season who looks exceptional and is ranked 8th overall in NFL rushing yards on a team where defenses are selling out to stop the rush and making the rookie QB beat them.

What did I win besides making your post completely irrelevant and untrue?
