What set should I start and try to complete? Give me some advice

Right now all I collect is Baltimore Ravens cards but I am looking to start collecting a set. I have been looking at the new Platinum Football rookie patch autos but I am not sure of which set I should try to go after (/1058, /1001,/99, etc.) Even though I have been collecting for over 5 years, I still feel like I am somewhat of a newbie when it comes to trying to complete a set. If I was going to go after completing the set of rookie patch autos out of Platinum which do you think would be easiest to complete?

Now here is where I feel like a newbie, what is considered a complete set?? Would collecting all Rookie Patch Autos out of /1058 be considered a complete set or collecting every player and every variation be considered a complete set? Please help me out with this. Thanks

Whatever your pockets can handle, some sets get pretty pricey! As far as what a set is i would say for platinum go by the checklist below and choose the color refractor set you want.

No I would start collecting any set but Platinum did catch my eye. Some of the patch autos #ed out of /1001 had some logo patches in them. (even thought it is kind of odd to see logo patches #ed that high) I want to complete a set with patch autos but not to sure which would be a little difficult yet not impossible to complete.

No problem bud glad i could help. Next time just google the year and brand then add checklist and you should get a variety of sites with the complete checklist with images of cards. For example i googled 2012 topps platinum football checklist And clicked on the first link that came up.

Good luck with the hunt looks like you're gonna be busy with this one, lol.
