View Full Version : UPPER DECK MAILDAY...missing a card

I received redemptions from Upper Deck today that I had been waiting for:

2011-12 SPA Adam Larsson FW Auto /999
2011-12 SPA Adam Larsson FW Auto Patch /100
2011-12 Ultimate Adam Larsson Auto Patch /25

All three redemption codes were on the outside of the envelope but the Ultimate auto patch was not inside. The package was not tampered with and appeared as many other I have received from UD. This is the second time this has happened but the other was for a $10 card and was not worth the hassle. This time is different.

Has anyone else ever experienced this before where they had the code on the envelope but the card was not in the package? What did UD do?

An email has been sent to them and I will contact them on Monday.

Thank you to all for any advice/similiar situations that could assist me.

Yes I've had that happen before... but each time the card arrived in a separate mailer either the same day, or up to a few weeks later.

I've had the same 30 card order filled 3 times over... just email them and they'll send you another, and your original one may arrive randomly too.

I spoke with ud today and they said they would send same or equal value. When I said i wanted same as this was not an error on my side the gentleman on the phone spoke with his manager and assured me it would be the larsson. We will see how long it takes and if this is the case. Paperwork required being sent over tonight and will update when card comes

Got the Larsson Ultimate auto patch #/25 in the mail last week. UD made good on what they said and I am overall pleased with how they handled the situation.
