Will all hockey Redemptions take longer due to lockout

I have an Alexander Ovechkin redemption and idk if I should sell it or use it. I mean I want it but because of lockout Panini Can't get players to sign them until lockout is done I think which will take forever.

So my question is because of lockout can Panini still get players to sign redemptions or not till lockout is done?

isnt most players gonna go for other foreign leagues now ? russian players will most like play for russia now or so i imagine the wait is gonna be very long i imagine.
