Sent this email to the director of grading but he will be gone until the 2nd. Does anyone have a number that I can call to speak directly with the customer service manager to figure out what's going on?

"I sent a 9 card, 2-day order that was signed for on October 18th, tracking is EI478837954US via USPS. A few days later I called to check on it and found out I had an error in my billing information where I put the wrong expiration date for the card, which was resolved via phone on 10/23, and I got my 'order has been received' email the same day. I still have not gotten anything back and the people on the phones(who are always very polite) don't seem to know when the cards should be finished. Could you check on my order and let me know the status of it?"

Really disappointed that I still don't know my grades, as I need to sell some stuff to make room for a large PC item. Any help would be appreciated.
