View Full Version : Has anyone actually received a refund from BGS when they missed their guarantee?

Just wondering if anyone has any experiences with this? I'm supposed to be getting a call back from their accounting department regarding my 2 day order taking 2 weeks. They guy on the phone kept talking over me and insisting I did not include a packing slip(which I did, and always do)...probably said it 5 times in a 5 minute conversation. TIA for the replies...

NEVER, they will make false promises and probably try to send you vouchers.
Their accounting department also seems to be thier shipping department lol.
Twice they shipped to my old address on overnight packages. They finally corrected it the 3rd time around. Its crazy. They promised me a refund on the shipping and I have yet to even hear a whisper.

They missed the deadline on one of my orders and gave me the option of a full refund (20 cards at 20-day service) or a voucher for 20 free gradings at any service level. I took the voucher and got 20 cards graded at 2-day for free. They didn't offer it up at first, I had to bring it up. But they weren't difficult about it.

Did you get to speak to someone directly or did they actually call you back?

Fraser: I am experiencing the same thing as you. Sent a two day grading service that my tracking shows they got on Monday. I haven't heard anything yet. I just called them and it says they are closed for the day when they say they close at 8:00 PM Est time lol. How many days after your tracking showed that they got your order did it take them to send you the email that they say they got your order?

They got it on the 18th, and got the 'order received' email on the 23rd. I was told mine was delayed because I put the wrong expiration date on the credit card(which is understandable). Still isn't an excuse for them taking until the 30th to finish my cards after I was billed.

Yeah that makes no sense. Thanks for letting me know though. I have been a bit worried about my order..

No problems, they seem to have been having serious issues lately.
I could have jumped through the phone and strangled that guy yesterday that kept interrupting me and telling me I didn't have a packing slip. Guarantee he'd been getting yelled at all day by pissed of customers(which is why I stayed polite).
