So heres what I have...
Wright Brothers Commemorative First Flight $10 Gold Piece weighing in at 1/2 Ounce...Gold price currently ($1731.00 oz.) making this roughly $865.50 value as of COB 11/9/2012. In the Mint box with COA and everything. I am looking for something that will/has sold for around $950-$1100...looking for something high end obviously and if its auto'd needs to be graded. Main wants are: Andrew Luck, Peyton Manning
**To Clear this up... I am looking for one card around $950-1100. Not a resale lot, 1 PC High end card. For all the trolls who cant understand that then maybe this isnt the thread for you.

Cardboard will depreciate in value at some point. (I dont care who the player is) Gold.. now that stuff may fluctuate, but its on the rise at all times.:)!
You're better off holding onto it than having jackasses lowball or make smart comments. GLWS and free bump!

whats worse, me adding an extra zero to 1,100, or you moving the comma to make it 11,000? genius
and it was meant to be a joke, cool guy.
BTW OP, if Gold is worth more than a piece of cardboard, why you trading it?

Why...bc I collect Andrew Luck and would rather trade this for a nice Chrome auto then have to fork up $800+ dollars.

no, that makes plenty of sense... the part that doesn't is you asking for more money than what your gold is worth.
so is the SV of your gold meaningless compared to the SV of a card because of how you view golds future?

Thats all fine an dandy but im not looking to buy any lots... Im looking to trade one simple gold coin for an Andrew Luck or Peyton Manning card for my own PC... if thats 14% off ebay then so be it...theres no resale I dont even sell on ebay and I said $865.50 and card must be $950-$1100 bc next week no matter what the card unless 1/1 or /5 it will be depriciated like a car... gold on the other hand will retain its value...

Sounds like a good idea. The next time I buy a new car I will go to the car lot and take $15,000 in gold and tell them I want a $30,000 dollar car. Then tell them the reason is the gold will only go up and the car will lose half of its value when I drive it off of the lot.

Its called Blowout CARDS. Not Blowout precious metals. I hate to be a dick and I'm no mod but I'd say keep that stuff off this forum.
