Ive always been a fan of topps chrome and with the hype around RG3 and Luck, I decided to pick up a few blasters. 6 to be exact. I dont do much football so what im asking is...

Should I bust these? (what is the average rate of return at the moment)

Should I just return them and get my money back?

Or

Should I hold on to these and hope they go up in value?

I know in basketball, topps chrome is considered the true RC and for Baseball its more or less Bowman Chrome. Is topps chrome considered the true RC for football?

Are they the blasters that have a guaranteed GU? I would probably bust either way, but I've had better luck with the non-guaranteed GU blasters, personally. Still think there's nice color to be had in both, though.

I say hold onto them. Last years blasters go for half decent coin on ebay even though the 2011 class has dipped a bit.

They are the regular blasters nothing guaranteed.

Im sitting on them but have to say I do have the urge to bust them and see what I find. Thanks for the help. Anyone else?

Does the amount of variations bring back a good rate of return? I no the odds of pulling something big is rare but would i even be able to get half my money back if i bust them?

So its been a week. Im pretty tempted to bust these. Is it even worth it anymore? Should I just return them and break even?

I would bust them personally but you could probably make a profit if you hold. I went to 3 Target's today looking for rack pack's and blasters and there were NONE. Not even loose packs.

Stop asking everyone and do what you want! If you want to bust em go for it, there have been some nice things out of blasters and all it takes is one nice hit to pay for them all. Others have had a lot of low end.

So you decide.

Exactly this.... I could see if you bought a hobby case but 6 blasters? After ebay/paypal fee's you wouldn't even make your money back if they went up a couple bucks each and why buy them at all if already thinking about returning them??

To each there own I guess.....

Well, don't keep us in suspense.

Also this.... Use this helpful formula to tell us how you did atleast! ;)

Well overall I might get half my money back. Not too bad imo. I understand the reasoning behind the blaster vs hobby scenario. I usually think of incrimental sales and volume to make a profit. I just decided to bust them. Im happy with what I got. You can refer to the results on the box breaks section.

I usually refrain from busting anything. I just decided to have some fun.
