There's nothing like it
As some of you may have seen from my countless threads, I've been looking for the Jonathan Stewart Pull Out Auto for quite some time now and finally, after at least 6 months of multiple searches everyday to make sure I never got beat out on that card (quite literally, that card is the reason I started searching "Jonathan Stewart" sorted by newest listed multiple times a day about 6 months ago) it popped up this morning and was listed for about 10 minutes before I saw it.
I got so excited about seeing it that I actually hit the BIN without looking at the price, thankfully it was actually a fair price for the card.
I'm on such a high right now from finally adding that card to my Stewart PC that I feel like I could run a marathon, and I'm in horrendous shape for someone my age, hahaha

Shocking, madbacker with a dick comment in a thread of mine. Sorry 6 months isn't long enough of a search for you, but when I only got back into cards like 9 months ago, 6 seems like a prett long search to me

People wait years and I mean, years, to find cards they've been looking for.
I reiterate, 6 months is nothing. You must have a short attention span. I bet you PC-gasmed when you say it.

Strange, I just did a search on my iPad and saw it, but not on my computer, probably just issues with eBay, it was bought and paid for about 10 minutes after it was listed. He didn't price it too low so I'm not worried about him backing out of it.

Congrats on your find man, don't let anybody get to ya.
I don't think what madbacker said was meant to be really taken like that, but what he is saying is true.
Maybe I'm just giving him the benefit of the doubt though lol

It's nothing new, I could hit the mega millions and have a threesome with two super models and backer would somehow find a way to say I had a bad day

What he is saying is true, but he also knows that most of those searches that take years are for very rare cards, which this really isn't as it's /100 and for whatever reason people don't seem to like the pull out autos all that much (I think they're really cool). He was just trying to bring negatively into a thread of mine, just like 99% of the threads I make

Looks like on the computer all the completed listings for his cards stop just before midnight last night, nothing from today (14th) is showing up in completed yet, and I bought it this morning.

Oh I don't care what he says, doesn't bother me one bit
It's that I'm just sick of his unnecessary negative comments in every thread I make, especially this one as finding that card was one of the biggest thrills I've had in the hobby as odd as that may sound

Congrats!
I worked on my Brandstater plate for two years, and paid 25 dollars for the last letter I needed.
Overpaid, but the satisfaction was fantastic!

I think I have a new best friend and worst enemy, and it's the same person.
Some guy is listing some ridiculous Stewart cards this week, posting it in here because its the same guy I got this one from. I messaged him and he said he has most of his cards, over 2,000, but he needs to downsize his collection.
So he's my best friend because I know I'm about to be picking up some pretty sweet Stewart cards coming up, but he's my worst enemy because they aren't cheap cards, he's got some nasty stuff. Just hit the BIN on a card that was WAAAYYYY more than I'd like to be spending on any one card right now, but there was just no way I could not buy it, might be my new favorite card of his.
Needless to say I think I'm about to be selling a bunch of cards off at below market value to move them quick so I have funds for this guys liquidation of his Stewart collection. Too bad I don't have enough high end cards to pick up some of the biggies like a sick TC patch auto he listed tonight.
I've already picked up 3 off him and I get the feeling he's just getting started with his listings because each day he lists more than he did the day before, put like 25 up in the last 24 hours
