is anyone familiar with moneypak or has used it, just curious since i dont have paypal and im considering getting this so i can pay for cards with it instead of sending cash

I use MoneyPak often. They do charge you $4.95 just to activate the card not including the amount of money you ant to put on there.

you go to the store, give them your money +$5 then log into paypal and enter the scratch off code on the back and hit transfer.

and yeah, these are popular as hell among drug dealers. always sold out downtown.
