I was looking to buy a Mohamed Sanu patch that was sweet but I saw that the seller had 0 feedback.
2012 Topps Inception JUMBO LOGO PATCH #/4 MOHAMED SANU | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/2012-Topps-Inception-JUMBO-LOGO-PATCH-4-MOHAMED-SANU-/281026722375?pt=US_Football&hash=item416e7f7a47)
Then I looked at his other auctions and it seems like he has a lot of fake looking patches on his cards.

I believe that most patches from this /4 set features logo patches. I would say it is legit.

its real all /4s have logos

I don't know the answer, but it would concern me the seller has zero feedback and happens to have 3 inception patches /4, along with a few other sick patches.

But I am paranoid :)

I don't know if I would fake a patch of the weaker rookie players, value isn't high to start with

It's real. Nick Foles has a throwback patch of almost the complete Eagle. Sick patches on these cards.
