I was wrong, NOT all the same DUDE. BUT HOW THE HELL CAN THIS ALL HAPPEN in TWO WEEKS...TWO WEEKS WORTH OF CARDS SOLD TO 4 0 bidders. 2 from New York and 2 from Hong Kong and NO RESPONSE.

ebay ID: tangtang852852 from Hong Kong won an Elite Black Box Kobe auto from me for $132.50

I knew it smelled fishy.. because user just joined ebay on 11/30/12.. no transactions or feedback recorded. I usually give buyers benefit of doubt when they are new users...

but after 3 days & no payment.. I start thinking they will not pay, especially after I sent them 3 emails saying to contact me.. if buyers bid on cards, they should check the status in a timely manner & contact seller if there is a delay in payment..

in my latest problem.. two people bid on my Kobe card, both from Hong Kong.. bid against each other within 40 minutes... now that I think of it.. I think they were bidding up my card, to see if they can get another one (same kobe that I had) sold that was listed for $130...

Last month I had 4 non-payment claims... by 3 different buyers.. two had low amount of transactions. never sold anything... the 3rd person had over 620+ transactions, no sells... I let those slide for 14 days, then opened up "unpaid" claims.. & left a comment on their feedback saying "WARNING - NON PAYER" .... but I was not able to leave feedback on the person with 620+ transactions.. I do not know why.. I try to leave feedback before closing unpaid claim... because if you close claim first, you can not leave feedback..

I wish we can leave negative feedback for buyers..
