Alex Pietrangelo???

I'm not really sure why i am complaining but i am wondering why his cards sell for almost nothing? I am buying one a week but I don't know how his cards are selling for a minimal price. He is a top D-man in the conference and in the entire league, or maybe it's because STL gets overlooked. I have no clue but I will be posting the auto's i get as they come in.

He's a d-man, which never helps with hobby value. Even Doughty has really cooled off, and Weber sells lower than he should. The St. Louis market is also a killer in his case.

Nothing to do with his ability, though. He's a great defenseman, and I'd say a top-four guy for the 2014 Canadian Olympic team. If the Blues get better and get more attention, he may get some more hobby love. I've got a few nice Cup rookies of him that I'm just holding onto...

As a Pietrangelo collector, I can assure you that his cards have definitely been on the rise since last season. Even though it is me and another super-collector that are driving up prices on the higher-end cards, I have noticed a significantly larger following since he started to perform in the NHL. A year or two ago, you were hard pressed to sell a quality Cup RC /249 for $60. I sold an extra 4 colour that I had last month for $165.
