Mini helmet display cases can be used to display a variety of things:

These little easels are available on Ebay or my LCS and I put them on stands I had made for my Star Wars men when I was younger:

And of course showcases:

I have my signed footballs in ball cubes made for them. And I have my helmets in cubes as well.
But I don't know if there is a Kohl's near you or not, but they are having a sale on football display cases - just $17.99 each, regulalry $39.99 it says and they look good in the ad.

Whatever you do - don't be cheap and spring for basic display cases (My guess is those Kohl's cases are basic ones - but maybe I'm wrong)
Spend the extra $2.00 a case and make sure you get UV protected cases even if your items aren't in direct light. Just don't risk it over a few bucks.
I had a buddy that bought a bunch of the $1.50 type cases for baseballs. I bought the ones that had UV ratings attached for like $3 a case. One of us has a bunch of faded signatures after 10 years. One does not.

I've gotten all of mine from Kohl's, they might be a bit pricey but they are worth it with how good the items look, especially the baseball ones
