blue wave packs for ALL topps redemptions?

just got a Coby Fleener redemption in Strata. i redeemed it (actually kind of want to get this card and see it in hand), but was wondering if i will get a blue wave pack? i know for Chrome that redemptions got these packs, but is it the case for Strata?

Unless Topps has made a recent annoucement I do not believe they will recieve a Blue Wave pack.
