missing hits

so i bought a box of bowman chrome 2012 on black friday and opened it on christmas. the box had only 17 packs and was missing a hit. i asked some on here for help and u said to contact topps. i emailed them and followed the directions. that was on christmas. i still havent got a confirmation email or anything since i sent that email. did i do something wrong? any help from someone who has emailed them about missing hits would be greatly appreciated

Emailing them is a joke. You need to contact them via phone or on Twitter.

I got shorted a couple autos last year and
sent the upc and receipt in to the addy listed in that link.
didnt get anything exciting but got the 2 missing hits in the mail with in a few weeks.
