I wouldn't recommend sending him any money. He said last thursday he would refund my payment of $325 received on Oct 1st and can't respond to my emails since then even though he has been on numerous times.

I was told the Brees was sold a couple weeks ago the first time he put it up for sale...but that was when he was only asking $235....seemed to be back on the market when the price went up....:)

He sent me a msg earlier today saying the lot is sold...guess this guy isn't winning any points with us...

I said last Thursday I was planning on Monday.You pm'd me one time late Monday night and I responded to it.I might as well tell the whole story.We all know in my previous thread that you were provided a postmarked receipt and that it wasn't scanned in their system.A couple people who have commented on this thread also commented on that one.I was up front with you Eric and told you I was having problems with multiple packages and I was dealing with it and to eliminate waiting time I would refund your money and deal with it alone.Please tell the whole thing not just the part that makes me look bad.

See above as well.^ It's not like he's making it sound.He was shown proof it was mailed and stated in a previous thread he didn't doubt it was mailed.Thank you for making up your mind before knowing all the facts.

Was sold and deal fell through.I didn't relist here until after a show over the weekend where it didn't sell.You point out the market increase for that but fail to mention the market decrease for a couple others.Yet again see above for the "trying to make me look bad" part.

Lot was sold but the buyer listed above backed out after seeing Eric's post.In
fact ddearing even mentioned it wasn't sold above.At the time I messaged you the lot was agreed to being sold.So not sure about the points things.

It cracks me up on how fast people jump on board with the buyer.Especially not knowing all the facts.Oh well cards aren't sold and still available.Not that it really matters cause most people have made their minds up already.So I'm not expecting to sell them now.Can't wait for winter.

Hey Eddie, sorry you were sick over the weekend and hope you feel better......I think my box was almost full and I never received your reply from my email this week.....all I was looking for was communication this week that you were going to keep your word and mail the refund payment....I gave you the benefit of the doubt and waited until Wednesday to bring it up. I really think this is just a big misunderstanding and I would like to clear your name my friend....I sent you a long winded email, let me know if you received it!:)!

Sorry I guess I jumped the gun as well...I didn't see the previous poster saying he wasn't buying the lot...just assumed it was sold!

I originally bought the Brees, LT, AP, and Romo Contenders about 2 weeks ago. Or maybe a week ago. I don't remember. I think it was a Tuesday or Wednesday either last week or the week before.

I let the deal fall through, as I sent him some loot, but paypal had refunded me. He said paypal said it was suspicious activity, refunded me, and limited his account. After that, I felt uncomfortable sending $800 again to a different paypal address. I said it didn't seem right and didn't re-send any money.

So he's not lying about stuff being sold, then back up for sale.

As far was what others choose to do, well, that doesn't concern me. I backed out of the sale after those incidents happened.

I am not questioning the credibility of the seller by any means, but I am a stickler when it comes to protecting my money.

Take this whichever way you want it, I just wanted to give some insight on the question of...I thought this was sold? Or what have you.
